Megtech

Brand identity and internal tooling for a commercial real estate company in Los Angeles. I designed the Megtech identity, then built the systems behind it — automation scripts, SOPs, and internal applications the team runs daily. The work is under NDA, so everything here stays high level and the screenshots are redacted.

Identity

A stepped mark that reads as buildings and a bar chart at once. One typeface, one blue, and light and dark lockups so the same system holds up on paper, in decks, and in a browser tab.

The other half is operational. The largest piece is Roz, an internal document pipeline. It watches an inbox, splits multi-document scans, reads each page, and extracts fields like vendor, property, and invoice number with confidence scores. Then it names the file and routes it where it belongs. People review; Roz does the typing.

Roz inbox — incoming documents reviewed side by side

The processes around the tools are documented too. SOPs live in a searchable docs site, from acquisitions and file naming down to the brand assets above.
